While the Intuitive Eating (IE) framework is more commonly followed by people who have a history of dieting and weight gain, it can be applied to more than just those looking to re-learn how to eat. The IE framework is also beneficial for adolescents and their parents who want more than a life of diet culture for their children, adolescent athletes, and retired athletes.
